A graduate of Penn State University, Steve has been licensed to sell real estate in the State of Ohio since 1979. He has sold a variety of properties including single family homes, both new construction and resale, vacant land, condominiums and duplexes. Steve is an Owner-Partner in Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland, founded in 2002.
Having had two homes custom built, Steve is familiar with the entire building process from property selection and acquisition, vacant land financing, construction loan financing, builder selection and relations, zoning and building code issues and well and septic systems.
Steve is a past President of the Geauga County Association of REALTORS (1997) and President of the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS in 2003-2004. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and was a long term Director of the Ohio Association of REALTORS. In 2010 Steve was honored with the John Reithoffer Service and Dedication Award by the Lake & Geauga Area Association of REALTORS.
Steve holds the advanced professional designation of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist.
Steve is commited to the community in which he lives and works. He served as Treasurer for the Kenston Foundation, a non-profit educational foundation established to raise funds for educational enrichment programs, such as scholarships and teacher grants, in the Kenston School System. He is a former Trustee and President of the Bainbrook/Laurel Springs Homeowners Association and was a volunteer coach and past sports commissioner with the Kenston Athletic Association in soccer, basketball and baseball. Steve currently serves on the Bainbridge Township Zoning Board. |
